We had an outstanding experience at The Ridge in West Seneca last night! Our group of eight came in for drinks then dinner, and everything—from the bar to the food to the atmosphere—was excellent. A special shout-out to our server, Caleigh, who absolutely made the night. She handled our large group with ease, kept everything organized, and was incredibly friendly and attentive without ever making us feel rushed. Drinks were always refilled, orders came out perfectly, and she made sure everyone felt taken care of with awesome, friendly service. We also want to recognize Ella and Ava behind the bar—they kept the energy upbeat, made fantastic drinks, and were just as welcoming and personable. Their teamwork really added to the great vibe of the night. It’s not easy to deliver great service to a big table, but Caleigh , Ava, Ella and the entire team at The Ridge nailed it. We will absolutely be back and will be asking for them again. Highly recommend The Ridge!

We Love the ridge. Tonight we came on a whim, and I had the fish fry for the first time! It was a beautiful piece of golden haddock! The Mac salad taste home made, and fries were fresh cut fries! My Fiance had the wings, they were delicious!! Our waitress Irma, was wonderful! We had some special requests, and she got them all! She was friendly, polite, curtious, such a sweet heart, and she checked on us, several times! She told us about the VIP rewards program, in which we did sign up! We had Bills Sweatshirts on, and when we said our goodbyes, she said "GO BILLS"!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food, great drinks, high ceilings make it very spacious, waitress was very friendly. Quick service. We have leftovers to bring back which I’m equally excited to eat! Try the brunch!! Seasonal items were very tempting but can’t go wrong with a mimosa flight.

This was my fourth or fifth time dining here and our party of eight had a great time! Our server, Caleigh, was attentive, not annoying, and she remembered that I am gluten-free. My friend's entrees were similarly well – prepared, and the food was delicious! They are extremely dog-friendly, which is one of the other reasons why I love this place so much! We will be back this summer so that my 10-year-old Siberian Husky rescue, Juneau Elizabeth, can join us for the entire meal. Until then, please keep doing what you are doing.

Had an amazing experience at The Ridge. The food was great, but our waitress Jordan was the real highlight. She was super friendly, checked on us at all the right times, and just made the whole night feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!

The Ridge in West Seneca isn’t just dinner — it’s a full-blown Notre Dame Football 2025 highlight reel served on plates. You think I’m exaggerating? Wrong. I walked in and immediately felt like Marcus Freeman himself was coaching the kitchen staff. The discipline. The swagger. The flat-out championship DNA. You could smell it in the air — destiny, chicken fingers, and victory. First, the chicken fingers. My GOD. Golden, crispy, and tougher than a defensive line anchored by Riley Leonard after he decided to truck stick the entire defense in practice just to prove a point. These fingers weren’t fried, they were recruited. Five-star prospects, every single one of them. They didn’t come with dipping sauce, they came with swagger, the kind CJ Carr throws on every pass. The fries? Straight up Jeremiah Love in potato form. Fast, sharp cuts, impossible to contain. I was eating them like they were breaking off 50-yard runs every bite. By the time I got to the bottom of the basket, I was waving a rally towel and screaming “PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION TODAY” at my table. People stared. I didn’t care. Then came the Chicken Bacon Sandwich — and let me tell you, this thing had the poise of Jordan Faison running routes. Bacon stacked like a defensive secondary, chicken grilled like a well-drawn blitz. It didn’t just taste good… it felt like it BELIEVED in itself. I took a bite and immediately wanted to run out of the restaurant and headbutt the “Play Like a Champion” sign. The mac salad? Elite depth. A sneaky roster piece like Jayden Thomas that you forget about until BOOM — game-changing play. Creamy, cool, unselfish. This mac salad is the glue guy, the locker room leader, the one everyone underestimates until it’s third and long. Now let’s talk about the beer and cheese balls. Holy touchdown Jesus. These weren’t appetizers, they were miracles. They came out sizzling and melty like Xavier Watts stripping the ball at the goal line. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, like the perfect balance of defense and offense. I ate one and nearly yelled, “THAT’S A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP BALL.” By the end of the meal, I was convinced The Ridge is basically a playoff team. Top to bottom, no weaknesses. If Marcus Freeman ever needs to feed the team before a title run, skip South Bend — bus the boys to West Seneca. This place isn’t food. It’s Notre Dame football, 2025 edition. It’s CJ Carr leading the offense, Jeremiah Love breaking tackles, Jordan Faison catching everything, and Marcus Freeman smiling like a man who knows destiny is wearing gold helmets. If you’re not eating here, you’re basically Miami football — irrelevant, confused, and praying for scraps. The Ridge = Dynasty.

A bit loud but understandable for the size of the place but our sever CAE was absolutely amazing always smiling. We didn't have to ask for a thing, extremely timely. Absolutely fabulous service!
